Я вчера ела два завтрака, обед, и ужин из обычной еды. В магазине проявила стойкость, погладила руками все что мне хотелось съесть сладкого и калорийного, но не поддалась и не купила. Продержусь неделю - по весу приду в норм.
Вопрос, как вернуть регулярные тренировки.
Yesterday I ate regular food for both breakfasts, lunch and dinner. I was firm in the store and hadn't purchased any sweetie or high-calorie food but just strocked it.
If I can hold out a week, my weight will be bounce back.
The question is how to resume training?
Today I began wis not ideal breakfast: two rye bread sandwiches with humus and blue cheese and coffee with milk. Than I was able to make a short train for abs. Children participated in it.
Then we made toy shopping. First I took my daughter to the store and satisfied her needs and left her in her training. Than I took the son and we continued the shopping with him. He had a bite with french fries and after that told about it the daughter. She was offended that I didn't bought something junk for her, I left the son and we continued with her. After her lunch she decided to eat my brain by the teaspoon, because she wants to cut her beautiful blondie hair.
I was exhausted and fall asleep until 8.30 pm. Now the son cries that my husband went to the grocery without him.
I don't give up and eat cabbage instead of sweeties.
