капустная диета -10кг за 10 дней

Will try it from tmr on only for 9 days as on 20 Nov i have wisdom teeth removal operation=(
But, as many people said, after that operation i wont be able to eat much, so anyways, the ending will be more or less okay to loose some kg=)

For my 21 bday the best present is the feeling of putting on my old jeans from times when my weight was 55 or so ;)
